We have dealt with LB Telecom for their maintenance support for a number of years but in September last year, following some conversations with their sales people (Mr Colin Tector), we moved the remainder of our telecoms to them, (line rental and calls), and this has proved a good move for us.

As they are a local organisation they understand our needs and are always on hand to support us on the odd occasion that it has been necessary; most of the time they are simply there in the background. The costs are what we were told they would be (and not rounding rules in favour of the supplier) and their service and support have been excellent as well as very good value for money. Our average call cost has fallen compared to the previous year. In spite of all that is happening in the modern business world our telecom costs are now similar to what they were five years ago.

On behalf of King David Schools I would like to convey our thanks for completing the recent installation of the Toshiba CIX200 IP Telephone system, meeting our time schedules and more importantly saving us valuable monies from our budget, during the school's move to the new campus.

Within the BSF specification we were allocated 20 x Extensions for the entire school and a budget of £30000.00, following our discussions; LB Telecom were able to provide the school with 48 x IP Extensions fully installed for under £20000.00; allowing us to allocate the savings to other areas of the school.
